Welcome to PromptGen ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at promptgen-ai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our service.
By creating an account or using any part of PromptGen, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
PromptGen provides image-to-prompt analysis, an endframe extraction tool, and a Storyboard Generator that creates a storyboard grid and shot prompts for use with external video-generation tools such as Seedance. PromptGen does not itself generate the final video. We offer the following plans:
Paid-plan credits are consumed at 2 credits per image analysis. A Storyboard uses 30 base credits plus 5 credits per reference image, with up to 4 reference images (30–50 credits total). At each successful renewal, the balance resets to the plan allotment; unused credits do not roll over. Displayed Storyboard counts are base-cost maximums calculated from the full allotment and assume the credits are not used for image analysis or reference images.
You must sign in via Google OAuth to access features beyond the free tier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use PromptGen to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Generated prompts are provided to you for your personal or commercial use.
If you deliberately create an unlisted Storyboard share link, you instruct us to make only the selected generated grid and basic presentation metadata available to anyone with the exact link until you unpublish it or the source Storyboard expires. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share that grid. This does not grant PromptGen a promotional or Gallery-use license.
The PromptGen name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Pro and Enterprise are recurring monthly subscriptions sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD before applicable taxes; Paddle Checkout shows the final localized amount and tax treatment before purchase.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits are non-transferable. Refunds and mandatory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, and applicable law.
PromptGen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated prompts will meet your specific requirements. AI outputs may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Korea.
