1. General Policy
PromptGen AI provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed or credits have been consumed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted
We understand that exceptional circumstances occur. We will grant refunds in the following cases:
2.1 Service Failure
If a verified service outage or technical error on our end causes credits to be deducted from your account without a successful analysis being delivered, we will restore the affected credits or issue a proportional refund at our discretion.
2.2 Unused Purchase Within 24 Hours
If you purchased a paid subscription or credit pack and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction date.
2.3 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full.
2.4 Unauthorized Transactions
If a charge was made without your authorization (e.g., account compromise), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used for image analysis, regardless of satisfaction with the results.
- Subscription fees for periods during which the service was used, even if usage was minimal.
- Purchases made more than 24 hours prior, except in cases of service failure or duplicate charges.
- Requests citing dissatisfaction with AI-generated prompt quality, as results vary by image content.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective as follows:
- Immediate cancellation — you retain access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period upon cancellation.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Unused credits from a paid plan expire at this point.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address, the transaction date, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request.
- If requesting a refund due to service failure, attach a screenshot or description of the error encountered.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
