PromptGen subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available in your country.
Pro and Enterprise are monthly subscriptions, not one-time credit bundles. Pro provides 600 credits and Enterprise provides 1,500 credits per billing cycle. At renewal, credits reset to the plan allotment and unused credits do not roll over.
Paddle reviews refund requests case by case. Eligibility may include mandatory withdrawal rights in your country, duplicate or incorrect charges, or a material technical defect that prevents access to the purchased service. Usage of credits or other benefits may affect eligibility where permitted by law.
Unless required by law or approved by Paddle, transactions are generally non-refundable. A request may be declined when:

Paddle verifies refund eligibility using its transaction records and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Paddle's current policy and applicable law control processing deadlines.
Paddle is the seller and Merchant of Record for PromptGen subscriptions. Paddle handles payment support, cancellations, and refunds. PromptGen does not store your full payment-card details.
